Sweet Tooth in a Snow Storm



Hot Cocoa Colada
Simmer two 14-ounce cans of coconut milk with 1 cup of water in a pot. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 9 ounces of chopped milk or dark chocolate ( or a mixture). Whisk to melt and combine. Add coconut rum (to the potency you desire) and garnish with marshmellow and a bit toasted nuts, and toasted coconut if your really daring add dash of Kahlua liquor.
